I’m Marja Aalto, an aviation specialist, occasional writer and speaker living in Finland. For more than 30 years, I have worked across different areas of the aviation industry, from airline operations and revenue management to regional air connectivity, airport development and international cooperation.

Today I work at the intersection of aviation, regional development and sustainability. My work focuses on improving international connectivity, supporting airport development and exploring how aviation can adapt to a changing world.
